There are various components in Oracle Applications setup. Below commands can be used to find the exact version of the components.

Log in as Application user, set environment variable and run below query,
Apache version

Use 'weblogic.version -verbose' to get subsystem information
Use 'weblogic.utils.Versions' to get version information for all modules
